Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact.
  • Sale or custom items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return the product and place a new order.
